evaporación y roedura de tuberías por conejos y ardillas. Esta agua (que fue
analizada por el equipo técnico de Emasagra, que la calificó como potable, apta
para consumo humano y embotellamiento), es conducida a las diversas
viviendas existentes y a las que se construyan en el futuro, pues las derruidas
están catalogadas en el Ayuntamiento para poder ser restauradas.
El pozo por tanto, es la vida de la finca junto al transformador de la luz
instalado por Endesa, otro gran atractivo de la finca.
Desde el pozo hasta las distintas propiedades, distanto la más alejada unos 3
km, se suben por una zanja, el agua y la luz, y a su través a toda la finca,
teniendo cada planta su agua subterránea.
El último enriquecimiento a la finca son los casi 300 almendros, y que pueden observarse a la entrada y perímetro de la finca.
Son prueba de las continuas inversiones que se realizan anualmente en una
finca que sigue mejorando año tras año.
Además de ello, las amplias hectáreas de bosque y los derechos de uso de
coto privado de caza de Sierra Arana, con casi 23.000 hectáreas, lo convierten
